I started LWVC in 2012
I was at a daycare and saw a little girl in a pretty/fancy dress.
What if I could start a business that would give parents etc.? Peace of Mind when going to a wedding or other event.
Children’s patience for such gatherings can be limited at best.
Having LWVC as your wedding childcare service will put you and your guests at ease. We come fully equipped with crafts, games outside activities for all ages, and a movie (as long as there is a TV provided).
LWVC It’s nice to have Flower Girls Ring Bearers and pictures with the children at the ceremony. It can also bring a lot of unexpected cataclysms, especially at the reception. There can be toddlers who are very distracted and babies who need a lot of attention from adults. We have you covered for both the ceremony and reception.
The convenience of this service is that parents and guests can have Peace of Mind knowing that Qualified Sitters will step in and oversee the childcare.
The adults can enjoy the event knowing they will be updated with texts and pictures throughout the day and evening.
It is also a good feeling, for the parents that if they want to take the children to the dance floor, etc. there are sitters on hand to retrieve the kiddos back to the designated room, etc.
An Adults Only wedding can pose other inconveniences, especially if the parents live out of state. All the adults will be attending (who will watch the children???).
LWVC is a win-win situation. Bring them with you and they will be conveniently close by for security and comfort. You will be able to enjoy the day/evening festivities.
We will entertain the children with scavenger hunts, crafts bubbles music (we love to dance) Freeze Tag, and other inside-outside fun activities.
LWVC will end the evening with relaxing activities to calm even the most excitable and/or cranky child We will put them to bed and you pick them up when you arrive back.
